SHIPPING POLICY

- We offer domestic and international shipping for purchased artworks.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of the artwork.
- Customers will receive a tracking number once their order is dispatched.

2. Delivery Timeline
- Local (UAE) Deliveries: Typically 3-7 business days.
- International Deliveries: Typically 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.
- Custom Orders & Framed Artworks: May require additional time.

3. Customs & Duties
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country.
- The gallery is not liable for shipping delays due to customs clearance.

4. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If an artwork arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
- We will assess claims on a case-by-case basis and offer a replacement, repair, or refund when applicable.
