Earth Lines

25 Oct 2026 – 25 Jan 2027

The land remembers. It carries the marks of generations, the stories of those who have walked upon it, and the rituals that have shaped their lives. Earth Lines explores this enduring connection between people and place, presenting nature not as a backdrop but as a living presence. The exhibition features the masterful narrative figuration of M.F. Husain and the shadowed, poetic worlds of Ganesh Pyne, alongside works by Jogen Chowdhary, K.G. Subramanyan, K.S. Kulkarni, Madhvi Parekh, Velu Viswanathan, K.M. Adimoolam, R.M. Palaniappan, S.G. Vasudev, and A.V. Ilango. These artists embrace materials such as soil, pigment, wood, and fiber, using them not only as mediums but also as vessels for memory and cultural resonance. Through their works, Earth Lines invites viewers to reflect on the ways in which landscapes shape our identities and how, in turn, we carry those landscapes within us.
